April 13, 2024: Rzgów will host the international tournament Kyokushin Karate World Cup – KYODO WORLD CUP
Rzgów is preparing to host an extraordinary sports event that will provide sports emotions at the highest level. The international tournament of the Kyokushin Karate World Cup – KYODO WORLD CUP, will take place in the picturesque Rzgów, gathering the best players from all over the world who will compete in the following formulas: Kumite Kyokushin, Ibu-kai (kickboxing) and IBU MMA.

For two tense days, several hundred of the most outstanding warriors from all over will fight, competing for the title of the best in their category. Honorary guests from Japan, Pakistan, France, Iran, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Germany, Italy and many other countries, as well as representatives from all over Poland, will come to present their skills. In total, the tournament will host about 30 countries, as well as the best Polish clubs, including the team of the local Dojo Kokoro club from Andrespol, which will field a dozen or so players.

The European Karate Center & IBU KyodoKyokushin is proud to announce the organization of this event. A modern sports hall in Rzgów at ul. Szkolna 5 will become an arena of competition, welcoming players and fans from all over the world.
The patronage of this great sports event was assumed by the District Office in Łódź and the Mayor of Rzgów, Mateusz Kamiński. The special guest of honor will be the president of the International Budokai Union Kyodo federation, Kancho Maciej Misiak.
The Kyokushin Karate World Cup Tournament – KYODO WORLD CUP, will be an unforgettable event that will attract the attention of the global karate community. It will be an opportunity to observe top-class sports competition and support our favorite players in the fight for championship titles.
